My name is Liz and I’m a psychotherapist for adults, teens, couples and families. My style is creative, compassionate, and holistic—blending intuitive practices with evidence-based talk therapy, uniquely tailored to each person I work with.

My work is focused on unravelling what keeps people stuck, frustrated, or confused, and reconnecting them with their deepest longings to participate in life on their own terms. I offer a comfortable space where you can exhale, soften, and show up just as you are. Together we can explore what’s not working, identify and build upon your strengths, and find creative ways to meet life’s challenges.
